Who We Are
We are deeply rooted in the classical Pilates method to allow room to grow and flourish in a more contemporary space. We teach the frame work of the Pilates Method so you can make it your own.
We offer Pilates education online, in person and in studio. Whether you are looking to do a 450 comprehensive certification, Mat certification or want a deeper understanding of Pilates for your own practice we are your resource.

2. Classroom Modules
Meet in studio for 5 weekends and learn on the Pilates apparatus including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair and Barrels.
1. Extensive Video Catalog
With hundreds of on-demand videos at your fingertips, you’ll have access to professional pilates exercises curated by Maura.
3. Accredited Certification Available
A fully accredited pilates teaching certification is available to those who follow along with the curriculum meaning you can earn your certification at your own pace, in as little as 6 months to over a year!
Focus Pilates 450 Hour Teacher Training
Our teacher training program spans 450 hours, offering comprehensive preparation for aspiring instructors looking to master the full range of Pilates techniques and exercises.
Hours Breakdown:
Workshop/Lecture 60 hrs
Personal Practice 100 hrs
Observation 65 hrs
Teaching 100 hrs
Assigned Homework 50 hrs
Miscellaneous 75 hrs
Total: 450
Completion Requirements:
Program hours as indicated above
Teach a class for Instructors incorporating at least 2 apparatus
Passing score on tests
Case study and program design
Performance of complete Classical Advanced Reformer series
Included in Program:
Use of studio resources for completion of practice teaching hours for up
to 12 months
Students may join a group class free if space is available.
